Saturday hours offer clients more opportunities to talk to a CIBC
REGINA, June 15 /CNW/ - CIBC today announced that beginning Saturday,
June 20, it will introduce full-service banking on Saturdays at four
additional Saskatchewan branches to provide clients greater flexibility,
access, and choice. These branches are located in some of the busiest shopping
areas in the province.
"We're continuing to invest in extending our hours of business in busy
urban locations where our clients live, work and shop to give them more
opportunities to talk to a CIBC financial advisor," said Wendy Slavin, CIBC's
Senior Vice-President of Retail Markets for Western Canada. "Banking Monday to
Friday doesn't work for everyone. Adding full-service Saturday hours at these
branches offers our clients greater flexibility to bank and get advice when it
suits their schedule."
"CIBC's investment in expanding hours is also creating job opportunities,
as we've added great people to our team in these communities," added Slavin.
The following CIBC branches are adding Saturday hours from 9:30 a.m. to 4
pm as of Saturday, June 20:
- 50th Street in Lloydminster
- Main & High in Moose Jaw
- Central Avenue & 12th Street in Prince Albert
- Victoria & Park in Regina
CIBC clients will now be able to bank on Saturdays at 19 branches in the
Prairies, including 9 in Saskatchewan.
With 1058 branches, CIBC clients already have access to one of the
largest branch networks in Canada. CIBC clients also benefit from access to
more than 3,700 automated bank machines, and 24/7 service over the phone and
