TORONTO, Feb. 26 /CNW/ - CI Investments Inc. ("CI"), the manager of
Trident Performance Corp. (the "Corporation"), announced today that the
Corporation has completed its initial public offering of 2,884,700 Class A
Units and 115,300 Class F Units at a price of $10 each, for total gross
proceeds of $30,000,000.
Each Class A Unit consists of one Class A share and one Class A warrant,
and each Class F Unit consists of one Class F share and one Class F warrant.
