TORONTO, Feb. 16, 2016 /CNW/ - Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust ("Choice Properties") (TSX: CHP.UN) announced today that the trustees of Choice Properties have declared a distribution for the month of February, 2016 of $0.055833 per trust unit, representing $0.67 per unit on an annualized basis, payable March 15, 2016 to Unitholders of record on February 29, 2016.
