CAW and Rideau Institute to Release Plan to Rebuild Canada's Space Capabilities



    OTTAWA, June 3 /CNW Telbec/ - The Canadian Auto Workers and Rideau
Institute will hold a press conference to launch an in-depth plan for the
federal government to rebuild Canada's space capabilities. This timely report
follows on the heels of the government's recent decision to not allow the sale
of MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (MDA) Information Systems and
Geospatial Services (space division) to Minnesota-based arms manufacturer
Alliant Techsystems (ATK).
