Fans of the TOP MODEL franchise are sure to be drawn to PRETTY WICKED.
Viewers witness backstabbing babes, mega manipulators, and fierce frenemies
transform into more self-aware and ultimately good girls during the course of
eight one-hour episodes. Looks are meaningless in this competition series, as
the girls confront their mean spirited ways in a series of tests designed to
beautify their inner personalities to match their outer pretty physiques.
The girls are in for a rude awakening when they find themselves in
situations they would never have imagined, including relying on their
intelligence to make a first impression on a bunch of blind men. The twists
and turns in this social experiment continue as the girls find themselves
without the everyday luxuries they are accustomed to, including mirrors, cell
phones and most importantly privacy.
Host CariDee English and the judges are tasked with eliminating one of
the ladies, based on the weekly challenges and transformations witnessed each
week. Over their time together, emotions flare and tempers soar when these
mean girls tap their inner beauty to win their way to the top. The 'pretty'
girl who shows the greatest transformation by series' end wins $50,000.
PRETTY WICKED is executive produced by R.J. Cutler of Actual Reality
Pictures (30 DAYS and AMERICAN HIGH) and Jonas Larsen (CELEBRITY FIT CLUB).
