Cangene hires new vice president of sales, marketing and business development

    TORONTO & WINNIPEG, April 14 /CNW/ - Cangene Corporation today reports
that it has hired Paul Brisebois as vice president, sales, marketing and
business development. Mr. Brisebois joins Cangene following the retirement of
John McMillan last year. He brings more than a decade of experience in sales
and marketing related to the agri-food industry. Most recently, he was
assistant vice president marketing and sales at Richardson International
Limited, a global leader in the industry with expertise in grain handling,
merchandising and logistics, as well as oilseed processing and food service
packaging. Within the Richardson business, Mr. Brisebois gained experience
marketing both branded and commodity products. Prior to joining Richardson, he
held various sales and marketing positions with Monsanto Canada's Agricultural
Products division, including director of Canadian marketing and sales. He
holds a BComm from the University of Saskatchewan and has graduated from
Columbia University's Executive Marketing Management Program, Wharton's
Competitive Marketing Strategy Program and the Queen's University Executive
Development Leadership Program.
