Line Voltage Thermostats [models: HTM611A (52-2544-0) and HTM621
(52-2545-8)] as a precautionary measure.
It has been determined that these products may overheat and emit smoke
when the load exceeds the specified maximum rating. Only products with
serial numbers starting with "08" are affected by this recall. These
products were available for sale at Canadian Tire stores as of
