popular series Iron Chef America. Adjey will compete against Iron Chef Michael
Symon - both graduates of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New

David Adjey has received recognition in Canada for his straightforward

David has chosen sous chefs Andrew Bradford of Jacob's Restaurant and
Rendel Mercer of The Spoke Club located in Toronto.
The general public will have the opportunity to view this exciting
episode of Iron Chef America challenge on Food Network on October 5, 2008 -
9pm ET/10pm PT.
