Canadian Arrow: Kenbridge deeper drilling returns high grade nickel and copper: 1.95% Ni over 19.0 meters



    SUDBURY, ON, Dec. 10 /CNW/ - Canadian Arrow Mines, Ltd. (CRO: TSX-V) (the
"Company"), reports assays results for holes drilled within and below the
limits of the proposed open pit at the Kenbridge Nickel Deposit. Three holes
noted below completed on the same section have delineated a significant
section of mineralization over a vertical distance of 200 metres.

    
    Highlights of the deeper drilling include:

    -   1.95% Ni, 0.99% Cu over a core length of 19.0 metres - KB-07-121
        -  including 5.26% Ni, 0.77% Cu over 1.65 metres
        -  and 4.24% Ni, 2.09% Cu over 3.0 metres
    -   1.92% Ni, 0.95% Cu over a core length of 10.5 metres - KB-07-119
    -   1.27% Ni, 0.41% Cu over a core length of 20.2 metres - KB-07-104
    

    The mineralization is situated immediately below the vertical limits of
the proposed open pit and could be accessed via either the existing shaft or
by a ramp from surface. The company recently announced the purchase of a
headframe and hoisting equipment (see press release Nov. 15/07) and intends to
conduct an advanced exploration program in 2008 to further explore the
underground resource which remains open along strike and at depth.
    Todd Keast VP exploration commented "As we begin to assess the lower
portions of the Kenbridge deposit it is apparent that the mineralization
increases in grade as evidenced in holes 119 and 121. The grades and
thicknesses of these deeper intersections are very encouraging. We've received
nearly all outstanding assay results for the open pit portion of the deposit
which will allow the company to proceed with the completion of the preliminary
assessment study. The delay in the study has not however slowed work at
Kenbridge. Deeper drilling of the deposit, the purchase of hoisting equipment,
discussions with First Nations, environmental baseline studies, and the
acquisition of additional properties have all advanced the project in a
relatively short period of time since drilling commenced in April 2007. Cold
fall weather has ensured proper ice conditions for drilling the deeper
portions of the Kenbridge deposit which will continue through the winter of
2008. We anticipate completing the infill drilling of the deeper portions of
the Kenbridge deposit in the first half of 2008 so that we can incorporate all
drill data into a feasibility study."

    Analytical Method
    -----------------
    Mineralized diamond drill hole intervals reported are down hole core
lengths only. NQ diameter drill core samples are split in half; one half being
retained in its original core box and the second half sent to an independent
commercial laboratory for analysis. Samples are analyzed by ISO 17025
accredited Accurassay Laboratories in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Samples analyzed
for base metals (nickel, copper, and cobalt) are digested using aqua regia
with an atomic absorption finish.
    The exploration program is being carried out under the direction of The
Company's Vice President of Exploration, Todd Keast P. Geo., a qualified
person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. The information in this
