Canada's most exciting acts set to hit the streets of Calgary during JunoFest

    Two-day music festival will feature diverse artists such as Belly, Little
    Miss Higgins, Pride Tiger, The Dudes and The Sadies among nearly 70
    artists confirmed to-date

    CALGARY, Feb. 27 /CNW/ - The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and
Sciences (CARAS) held a media conference today to announce the exciting
line-up of local events slated for Juno Awards Weekend set to kick-off on
April 3rd, 2008. Among the events announced is the highly anticipated
JunoFest, a two-night music extravaganza happening Friday, April 4th and
Saturday, April 5th, each night from 9 p.m. - 2 a.m. (MST).
    JunoFest will feature a multitude of acts including indie artists,
hometown favourites and JUNO Award nominees across-the-board performing at
various venues in downtown Calgary. JunoFest wristbands are $30 and will go on
sale Saturday, March 1st at 10 a.m. (MST) at all Ticketmaster outlets, online
