Calgary's only drive-through Electronic Recycling Depot collects over 615 tonnes in the first 10 months of 2007!



    CALGARY, Nov. 22 /CNW/ - "We are on track for a record year, people seem
really happy with our drive-through service. At our Calgary depot this year we
will have collected over 1.6 million pounds of potentially toxic electronic
products for recycling," said Todd Burton, President of Recycle-Logic Inc.
"Province-wide we have collected and processed almost 7 million pounds of
eWaste."
    This Red Deer Company is a Qualified Processor under the Provincial
Electronics Recycling Program, with over 70 drop-off locations all over the
province. In Calgary, they accept TVs, Computers, Laptops, Monitors, Printers
and ANY other Electronics for Recycling at NO charge, 7 days per week at
Currie Barracks off Crowchild Trail SW.
    Recycle-Logic Inc. encourages the users of their service to bring
donations of Non-Perishable food items for the Calgary Interfaith Food Bank.
