TORONTO, June 6, 2011 /CNW/ - Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc.

the Course." This new web site is yet another example of Broadridge's
continued commitment to education and the exchange of balanced
information within the capital markets community.
The site features an extensive collection of regulatory content from
both Canada and the U.S. and includes contributions from a variety of
industry participants. It also presents current and relevant proxy
statistics, solution information and industry news.
"We have always encouraged dialogue among industry participants. This
site is intended to provide a platform for the exchange of balanced,
informed and relevant information between corporate issuers, regulators
and investor groups," said Patricia Rosch, President, Investor
Communication Solutions, Canada, Broadridge. "We participate actively
in these very important discussions, providing the benefits of our

discussions more inclusive."

concerning the proxy system in Canada and the U.S.. Regulators on both
sides of the border are seeking comment from participants in the system
in order to better understand the issues it faces.

must be conducted based on a solid foundation of factual and balanced
