MONTREAL, Oct. 21 /CNW Telbec/ - BPR, recognized for integrity and imagination in engineering, announced today the integration of the engineering consulting firm Saunier & Associés, of Paris La Défense, France. The transaction calls for a true strategic alliance that is based on the two groups' shared approach to the field of engineering and brings the total number of employees to 2,400.
The acquisition will enable BPR to export its know-how to France and take advantage of Saunier & Associés' expertise in a wide array of engineering services related to sustainable development, while allowing its new affiliate to broaden its access to the Québec, Canadian and North American markets.
A beneficial alliance
