Boyuan signs new construction project agreements valued at US $33.6 million



    TORONTO, June 17 /CNW/ - Boyuan Construction Group, Inc., (TSX-V: BOY &
BOY.DB) a leading builder of commercial, residential and municipal
infrastructure projects in China's fast-growing regions of the Yangtze River
Delta and the city of Sanya on Hainan Island, announced today that it has
signed three new commercial construction project agreements with a total value
of US $33.6 million. The projects are expected to be completed before July
2011.
    "Boyuan has developed significant momentum since the start of the 2009
fiscal year," said Mr. Cai Liang Shou, Chairman of Boyuan Construction Group.
"We are building a strong reputation for constructing quality projects on time
and on budget, growing our project backlog because of our diversified
expertise and are on track to exceed our $8.5 million after tax net income
target for the year."
    Based in the Yangtze River Delta, Boyuan's core market, the projects will
include construction of the main production facilities of an eco-farm project
in Jiangsu, one of China's fastest growing provinces, development of support
facilities for a nuclear plant project in Zhejiang, another fast-growing
Chinese province, and construction of a barley production facility also in
Zhejiang. The Yangtze River Delta is home to approximately 80 million people
and 20% China's gross domestic product, representing US $2 trillion.
