Opens new $1.1 million bank branch
BARRIE, ON, March 12 /CNW/ - BMO Bank of Montreal continues to build its
presence in the city of Barrie, with the opening of a new $1.1 million retail
banking branch in the Georgian Mall in Barrie, Ontario, to better serve its
customers. The branch is located just a few hundred metres from its former
location outside the mall.
The larger 5,800 sq. ft. branch now boasts a staff of 17 personal banking
and investment professionals including a financial planner and a BMO Nesbitt
Burns Investment Advisor.

Customers of BMO's Georgian Mall branch will have access to:
- Two Instabank Extra automated banking machines, including a
barrier-free machine for wheelchair access
- Access to accounts and banking information 24 hours a day,
seven days a week;
- A flexible key pad security shield and special viewing screen
on every ABM to increase privacy and prevent customer PIN
numbers from being observed by others;
- A 'fast cash' option that dispenses a preset $40 with only a
single prompt, and
- The ability to add the total amount from up to five deposits
in a single transaction and provide a consolidated receipt
- Extensive parking for customers;
- Full wheelchair accessibility;
- Two night depository services - one within the mall for retail
customers and one located outside.
The Georgian Mall branch is open for business starting Monday, March 12,
2007 and will operate: 9:30 am to 4:30 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays;
9:30 am to 8:00 pm on Thursdays and Fridays; and 9:30 am to 3:00 pm on
