EDMONTON and CALGARY, June 5 /CNW/ - Bellamy Software, a division of
Sylogist Ltd. (TSX-V:SYZ), and Questica Inc. today announce that they have
entered into a long term agreement that will provide municipalities and school
boards with a leading web-based application to manage their operating and
capital forecasting and budgeting planning process.
As part of the agreement, Bellamy Software will be the exclusive marketer
of Questica's TeamBudget Capital and Operating budgeting applications to all
Municipal and School Board customers currently using the Bellamy Financial
suite. As well, Bellamy Software will gain exclusive marketing rights to
provide Questica's TeamBudget budgeting solutions to school boards in Ontario
and Western Canada.
Further to the agreement, Bellamy Software will provide sales and
marketing, consulting, implementation services and customer support. In
addition, Bellamy Software and Questica have worked together to develop an
interface between Questica's TeamBudget budgeting solution and the Bellamy
Financial suite to provide Bellamy Customers with the additional value of an
