to its Sympatico.ca portal following a new agreement with Microsoft that will
see Sympatico.ca and MSN.ca operate as separate and distinct portals. To
further enhance Canada's leading general interest portal, Bell also announced
four new channels to help inform and entertain Sympatico.ca visitors.
As part of the new three-year agreement, the companies will continue to
cooperate and exchange traffic between each other's portals, while
Sympatico.ca will also leverage the new Bing(R) search engine and continue to
offer Windows Live(TM) Hotmail(R) and Messenger inventory to Canadian
advertisers. Canada's popular default homepage address sympatico.msn.ca will
also be redirected to Sympatico.ca.

visited by 6.8 million(1) Canadians each month, will remain exclusively
available via Sympatico.ca.
In addition, Bell also announced today the launch of four new portal
channels: Autos, InMovies.ca, YourMoney.ca and Best Health, a Reader's Digest
