Management Corporation (bcIMC), Bentall Capital announced that it has acquired
the Sun-X industrial property portfolio in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The portfolio, comprised of 46 buildings totaling 2.2 million square
feet, was developed by Sun-X Properties Ltd. and is the largest industrial
portfolio in Winnipeg. In addition to the existing buildings, the transaction
also includes the purchase of 35 acres of development land.
Since being founded in 1987, Sun-X has built a reputation for
constructing high quality industrial buildings which today accommodate many of
the best industrial tenants in Winnipeg. bcIMC and its manager Bentall Capital
