Bandolac Mining Company, Limited Cease Trade Order Lifted



    TORONTO, July 25 /CNW/ - Bandolac Mining Company, Limited (the "Company")
today confirmed that the Ontario Securities Commission (the "OSC") has lifted
a cease trading order dated June 9, 2004 (the "Cease Trading Order") halting
trading of the Company's securities. The OSC issued the Cease Trading Order
because the Company did not file audited financial statements for the year
ended December 31, 2003. The Company has filed audited financial statements
for the years ended December 31, 2005, 2006 and 2007.
    The Company is currently inactive and is not listed on any securities
exchange. The Company was formerly in the mining and exploration business. The
Company's goal is to become a producer of precious metals through the
acquisition, development and operation of commercially viable properties.
