Avrim Lazar, President and CEO of the Forest Products Association of Canada to Speak at Public Policy Forum on the Pivotal Role of Natural Resources in Rebooting the Canadian Economy



    OTTAWA, June 1 /CNW Telbec/ - Avrim Lazar, President and CEO of the
Forest Products Association of Canada, will be speaking at the Public Policy
Forum's "Rebooting the Economy: What is the role of government in this
transforming economy?".
    As part of a panel, Mr. Lazar will discuss the challenges and
opportunities the current recession poses for Canada's natural resources
sector and explore what the global shift from a market economy to a more
political economy means for the role the sector will play in shaping Canada's
