Property Manager Susan Vertes Dutton and her property management team have
been awarded Certificates of Building Excellence for the management of 11 King
Street West and 70 University Avenue (Toronto, ON) by the Building Owners and
Managers Association of the Greater Toronto Area (BOMA Toronto).
BOMA Toronto celebrated building and management excellence at its 11th
annual awards dinner on April 23, 2009 at the Liberty Grand Entertainment
Complex. More than 500 real estate professionals recognized their peers at the
commercial real estate event of the year. President Jonathan Fleischer
presented the Association's prestigious awards.

quality of the people throughout the Avison Young organization, which has
enabled us to deliver superior service to our valued clients and tenants over
the years. This industry recognition is an affirmation of our service

BOMA Toronto's Certificate of Excellence program recognizes excellence in
property and facility management. Certification acknowledges performance
quality and the people behind it. Buildings must meet standards in building
management, operations, environmental/energy/emergency management, design,
tenant and community relations, tenant satisfaction and personnel training.

Management Excellence for ensuring this high standard of excellence is

11 King Street West comprises 165,807 square feet (sf) over 19 floors at
the centre of the Toronto financial district. The building, which opened in
1965 as the Toronto headquarters for Montreal Trust, was designed by Page and
Steele- one of Toronto's foremost architectural firms. The building's
connection to the PATH (Toronto's 27-km downtown walkway) and proximity to the
subway and Union Station provide tenants with the amenities and service
offerings of larger class A buildings without the additional costs.
Built in 1982, 70 University Ave is a 14-storey, 235,530-sf class A
office building located near the subway, Union Station and the class AAA
