AVID Ratings is Selected by International Construction Giant Taylor Wimpy to Provide Customer Loyalty Management Services



    MADISON, WIS., October 18 /CNW/ - AVID Ratings Co. of Madison, WI was
selected by international construction giant Taylor Wimpy to provide extensive
customer loyalty management services to Taylor Woodrow North America, a
subsidiary of Taylor Wimpy.

    AVID Ratings, a full-service customer loyalty management firm, will
provide Taylor Woodrow with the necessary tools to enhance homeowner
referrals, reduce overall building costs, and strengthen their brands.
In-depth feedback will be collected from homebuyers throughout North America
and reported to each of the 19 divisions of Taylor Woodrow via the
industry-leading AVID Reports(TM) System. AVID Ratings services will enable
the Taylor Woodrow team to strengthen their processes and enhance their
long-term homeowner loyalty.

    Taylor Woodrow North America, headquartered in Bradenton, Florida, is a
