TORONTO, June 29 /CNW/ - Atlantis Systems Corp. ("Atlantis") (TSX: AIQ)
today announced the appointment of Alexander Milic as Chief Marketing Officer
of the Company, effective July 3, 2007.
Mr. Milic has a proven track record in the technology and learning
services sector, and has served in numerous executive positions throughout his
career. Mr. Milic's duties will include overseeing all the Company's current
sales and marketing activities in North America and internationally, as well
as leveraging Atlantis' leading-edge training systems and knowledge management
practices into new markets.
Prior to joining the Atlantis team, Mr. Milic served as Managing Director
and Chief Information Officer of Knightsbridge Human Capital Management Inc.,
where he developed and marketed a web-based career management training program
to universities and colleges throughout North America. Mr. Milic also served
as President of Narada Networks Inc. where he was responsible for developing
and executing the company's business plan, including product development and
specification, customer pricing models, and sales channel management. Prior to
his tenure at Narada, Mr. Milic worked in executive or management capacities
with public and private Canadian telecommunications firms.

The Company also announced that the expected closing of the acquisition
of the assets of Tecsult Eduplus has been deferred approximately 45 days due
to administrative delays in the due diligence process. Closing is now expected
at the end of July 2007.
