additional individuals were nominated for election as directors by
proxyholders present at the meeting. The vote for the election of directors
was conducted by way of a ballot. The board consists of re-elected directors
Andrew Day, David McFadden and David Williams and newly elected directors Mark
Rivers, Richard Rosenblum, Ralph Wegner and Lyell Farquharson.
