SALEM, MASS., September 19 /CNW/ - Atlantic Tele-Network, Inc.
(NASDAQ: ATNI) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a
quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, payable on October 11, 2007, on all
common shares outstanding to stockholders of record as of October 1, 2007.
This represents an increase of two cents, or 14.3%, in the dividend paid from
the previous quarter. If maintained, this equates to an annual increase of
eight cents, from $0.56 per share to $0.64 per share.
Michael T. Prior, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, said, "We are
delighted to continue our history of increasing our dividend with our ninth
consecutive annual increase."
