the "Company") (TSXV:AHF) is pleased to announce that it has received
final listing approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") and
that its common shares and Extendible Convertible Unsecured
Subordinated Debentures will commence trading on the TSX on November 7,
2011. The Company's common shares will trade under its current trading
symbol, "AHF" and the Extendible Convertible Unsecured Subordinated
Debentures will trade under its current trading symbol "AHF.DB".
Consequently, the Company's common shares and convertible debentures
will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.
