RICHMOND, BC, March 11 /CNW/ - Ascalade Communications Inc. ("Ascalade"
or "the Company") (TSX: ACG) today announced that Mr. Bruce Bernard, Chief
Technology Officer will leave the Company on April 30, 2008 to pursue other

Mr. Bernard joined the Company as General Manager in September 2000.
During his tenure with the Company he also held other executive positions
include Chief Operating Officer and most recently Chief Technology Officer.
During a period of his tenure with the Company he was also a Director of the
Company and certain of its subsidiaries.
