CALGARY, Jan. 15 /CNW/ - The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) has
issued a Notice of Hearing alleging that Kustom Design Financial Services
Inc., Kustom Design Group Inc., Hightide Management Inc., Synergy Group (2000)
Inc., Michael Edward Lepitre, Mark Adrian Jones and Leonard Jonathan Zielke
engaged in illegal trading and distributions of securities.
ASC staff allege that the parties named above breached Alberta securities
laws when they raised approximately $6.3 million from 157 Alberta investors
and that Lepitre, Jones and Kustom Design Financial provided investor advisory
services without being registered to do so with the ASC.
An appearance to set a date for a hearing will be held on February 12,
