CALGARY, Sept. 18 /CNW/ - The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) is
seeking to reciprocate Saskatchewan, Ontario and New Brunswick orders against
Goldpoint Resources Corporation and its president and sole director Lino
Goldpoint and Novielli are the subject of orders issued June 11, 2006 by
the Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission, July 18, 2006 by the Ontario
Securities Commission and June 19, 2008 by the New Brunswick Securities
Commission. The Saskatchewan, New Brunswick and Ontario orders all ban
Goldpoint and Novielli from all trading in securities and the use of
securities law exemptions.
It is anticipated that an ASC panel will consider this matter in October
