CALGARY, June 22 /CNW/ - The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) has
extended an Interim Cease Trade Order against University Lab Technologies Inc.
(ULTI), George Theodore, Dr. Jarret Morrow, Kenneth Dunn, Maria Anselmo-Preede
and Bill D. Ross (individual Respondents). The Interim Order will remain in
effect until a hearing is concluded and a decision rendered and prohibits all
trading in securities of ULTI. The Interim Order also prohibits ULTI and all
the individual Respondents from trading in any securities or relying on any
The ASC panel issued the Interim Order after reviewing ASC staff
presented evidence that ULTI and the individual Respondents had engaged in and
may still be engaged in illegal trading of securities of ULTI and the making
of prohibited representations to Alberta investors.
The ASC encourages anyone with concerns regarding trading of securities
of ULTI to report or forward this information to the ASC immediately by
