ASC alleges market manipulation by Kenneth Richardson



    CALGARY, April 17 /CNW/ - The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) has
issued a Notice of Hearing against Edmonton-based Kenneth Richardson on
allegations that he violated Alberta securities laws.
    In the Notice of Hearing, ASC Staff alleges that Richardson manipulated
the share price of, and market for, the securities of Agau Resources, Inc.,
between January and May 2005, while he was a control person of that company.
    An appearance to set a date for the hearing has been scheduled for
Friday, May 18, 2007 at 8:30 am in the ASC Hearing Room, 6th Floor, 300 - 5th
Avenue, Calgary, Alberta. A copy of the Notice of Hearing can be found on the
