43-101 compliant ore reserve and resources for the Black Fox Open Pit and
Underground Project has been completed by SRK Consultants, Denver, Colorado,
as of June 29, 2007. A press release updating the market on the reserves and
resources as well as the project, pre-feasibility level, and financial
economics will be released on Monday morning July 2, 2007, pre-market open.
