LTD. (TORONTO STOCK EXCHANGE: ACL) ("Anthony Clark"). Anthony Clark is pleased
to announce that it has replaced an existing US$3,250,000 note payable,
maturing August 31, 2008 with a new note payable in the amount of
US$3,250,000, maturing April 30, 2012, with all other terms of the replaced
note payable remaining the same. In consideration of this note replacement,
the Company issued a US$100,000 note payable, with repayment in three equal
annual instalments, beginning August 31, 2008 and bearing no interest.
