Alberta Securities Commission - Management Cease Trade Order Revoked



    CALGARY, April 19 /CNW/ - A Management Cease Trade Order dated
February 21, 2007 against:

    Kelly Blake, Geoffrey Clark, Arnon Levy, Don Moore, M.P. Technologies
    Inc., Makoto Okazaki, Naohiro Sato, Craig Snelgrove, Stephen Verhoeff and
    Masuo Yoshimoto with respect to Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment Ltd.
    has been revoked effective April 19, 2007.

    The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) is the regulatory agency
responsible for administering the province's securities laws. It is entrusted
