    John H. Campbell, Lamont Tolley, Natual Gas Partners VI L.P.,
    Robert D. Bowman, Roger C.W. Tang, Sanjib Singh Gill, Scott Soler,
    Vooruitgang Energie III B.V., Walter Dawson, Warren J. Doenz, and
    William J. Quinn with respect to Action Energy Inc.
    expired at the close of the business day on June 4, 2007.
