Alberta Securities Commission - Cease Trade Orders



    CALGARY, March 23 /CNW/ - On March 23, 2007, the Alberta Securities
Commission (ASC) ordered that trading cease in the securities of:

    Bravo Resource Partners Ltd.
    China Diamond Corp.
    Cryopak Industries Inc.
    Heartlink Canada (1999) Inc.
    Meta Health Services Inc.
    VSM Medtech Ltd.
    WaveRider Communications, Inc.

    The Cease Trade Orders were issued as a result of failure to file certain
required financial information. The Cease Trade Orders will remain in effect
until the ASC determines that the companies have complied with the Alberta
Securities Act and Rules.

    The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) is the regulatory agency
responsible for administering the province's securities laws. It is entrusted
to foster a fair and efficient capital market in Alberta and to protect
investors. As a member of the Canadian Securities Administrators, the ASC
works to improve, coordinate and harmonize the regulation of Canada's capital
markets.
