Alberta Securities Commission - Cease Trade Order Partially Revoked



    CALGARY, April 18 /CNW/ - A Cease Trade Order dated September 23, 2005
against:

    Blue Diamond Mining Corporation

    has been partially revoked effective April 18, 2007.

    A partial revocation has been issued to facilitate a private placement
transaction, the purpose of which is to fund the costs of Blue Diamond Mining
Corporation's reactivation.

    The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) is the regulatory agency
responsible for administering the province's securities laws. It is entrusted
to foster a fair and efficient capital market in Alberta and to protect
investors. As a member of the Canadian Securities Administrators, the ASC
works to improve, coordinate and harmonize the regulation of Canada's capital
markets.
