Love has taken lead management responsibilities for Trimark Fund following the
upcoming departure of Tye Bousada. Bruce Harrop will join as co-manager for

November 2003. He has also held portfolio management responsibilities on
Trimark Global Balanced Fund and has been a major contributor to the success

Mr. Harrop has over 11 years of industry experience and joined AIM
Trimark in 1999 from Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board. He is lead manager
