Aeroplan, CAW Local 2002 and Air Canada announce agreement

    MONTREAL, Jan. 14 /CNW Telbec/ - Groupe Aeroplan is pleased to announce
that Aeroplan has come to a tentative three-year agreement with CAW Local 2002
and Air Canada with respect to the transition of its contact centre employees
from Air Canada to Aeroplan. This agreement includes a detailed transition
plan for affected employees in addition to a new labour contract. It is
expected that this tentative agreement will be put to the CAW membership for
ratification in the near future.
