    Ontario Trillium Foundation Funds Bold Collaborations to Boost Ontario's
    Green Future

    WHAT:     A cluster of key Ontario environment organizations will receive
              Future Fund grants to drive change in the province. The new
              collaborative ventures will support the creation of green jobs
              and:

              -  Build sustainable energy options
              -  Enhance Ontario's sustainable food system
              -  Help environment groups better reflect Ontario's diversity
              -  Protect community lands in Ontario
              -  Strengthen environmental leadership in Northern Ontario

              Culture

    The Future Fund was created in 2007 specifically to encourage large
organizations to work with smaller ones across Ontario.

    OTF is the largest funder of not-for-profit environmental projects in
Ontario. Since April 2003, OTF has made more than 580 grants valued over $54M
to projects benefiting the environment.
