MONTREAL, July 14 /CNW Telbec/ - ACTS announced today that it has signed
a six-year agreement with Hamilton Sundstrand, an original equipment
manufacturer (OEM) of aerospace and industrial products and a subsidiary of
United Technologies Corp.(NYSE: UTX), for the exclusive supply of spare parts
support and repair services on select airframe and engine components.
Under the agreement, Hamilton Sundstrand will supply aircraft parts and
repair services to support ACTS operations across all aircraft types that ACTS
maintains. ACTS will also have full access to Hamilton Sundstrand's OEM
technical publications and will be authorized to operate as a warranty repair
facility with full administration rights to support customers' warranty
