TORONTO, Feb. 13 /CNW/ - On February 18 Toronto's senior and emerging
business leaders are invited to join Action Canada, the Public Policy Forum
and Industry Canada in a one-day conference focused on leadership in business.
The interactive dialogue event aims to focus young business leaders'
attention on Canadian public policy issues, including critical economic policy
challenges and opportunities.
Panelists include Jim Stanford, chief economist with the Canadian Auto
Workers, Lynton (Red) Wilson, chancellor of McMaster University and Ken Smith,
chair of SECOR Consulting.
Luncheon keynote speaker is Hon. Diane Ablonczy, Minister of State (Small
Business and Tourism).
The event is open to the public. It takes place Wednesday, Feb. 18, 8
a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Ivey ING Leadership Centre, Ivey School of Business,
