TORONTO, March 19 /CNW/ - As the world struggles to deal with a
potentially nuclear Iran, Menashe Amir, a globally renowned expert on Iran
will be available to provide an inside look at the country this
morning - Monday, March 19, at 11 a.m. - at the Lipa Green Building for Jewish
Community Services (4600 Bathurst St. north of Sheppard), in the fourth floor
Goldstein Showroom.
Amir is Israel's leading authority on Iran, whose contacts in the country
provide him with information that is unavailable to others. Amir has served as
director and broadcaster of the Voice of Israel in Farsi, which has millions
of listeners in Iran. He is a widely sought commentator on Iranian affairs and
a consultant on Iran for ABC TV.
Iran, which has threatened to wipe Israel off the map, has, so far
