AAER Announces Departure of Chief Financial Officer



    MONTREAL, June 1 /CNW/ - AAER Inc. (TSX-V: AAE) ("AAER" or the
"Company"), Canada's only original equipment manufacturer of wind turbines of
1 megawatt ("MW") and more, announced today that its Chief Financial Officer
("CFO"), Jean-Robert Pronovost will leave the Company to pursue other business
opportunities.
    "During his two-year tenure with the Company, Jean-Robert was
instrumental in helping AAER to reach a number of critical milestones," said
Dave Gagnon, President and Chief Executive Officer of AAER. "I would like to
personally thank Jean-Robert for his many contributions to AAER's success and
wish him all the best in his future endeavors."
    The Company has already taken the necessary steps to fill the position in
the near future. Mr. Jean-Pierre Fortier, currently Director of Financial
Services and Controller, will act as Interim CFO until the position is filled.
