Formation and composition of new Committees
MONTREAL, Aug. 4 /CNW/ - AAER Inc. (TSX-V: AAE), ("AAER" or the
"Company"), announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has made
changes to its corporate governance by replacing its Compensation, Nomination
and Governance Committee, previously composed of Jonathan Dorval, Claude
Fontaine and Jacques Gauthier, by a Compensation and Nomination Committee
composed of Claude Fontaine, Pierre Patry and Gérard Prévost and a Corporate
Governance Committee, composed of Jonathan Dorval, Claude Fontaine and Dave
Gagnon, effective August 3, 2009.
Grant of options
Consistent with the compensation policy of AAER inc. under which 20,000
options per year are awarded to directors for each committee on which they
sit, 20,000 options have been awarded to each of Claude Fontaine, Pierre Patry
and Gérard Prévost. All such options are exercisable at the price of $0.19 per
share and expire June 3, 2014.
