A major move in the Canadian business intelligence sector - Trilogia Solutions Inc. joins forces with Keyrus Canada to become the BI leader in the Canadian market



    MONTREAL, Nov. 19 /CNW Telbec/ - Trilogia Solutions Inc. has announced
that it will merge with the international Keyrus Group through its North
American subsidiary, Keyrus Canada Inc. This move will enable the Keyrus Group
to achieve the critical mass that will make it the leader in BI solutions
consulting and implementation throughout the whole of the Canadian market.
    With this new acquisition, which follows two 2006 external growth
operations in Canada, the Keyrus Group consolidates its management structure
and strengthens its Montréal presence in the burgeoning business intelligence
and customer relationship management segments.
    "With a strong capacity for organic growth and substantial financial
resources, our Canadian initiative is expanding to incorporate specialized
firms like Trilogia within our business vision," adds Keyrus Canada's
President and Chief Operating Officer, Mario S. Leblanc.
    Trilogia executives will be assigned management responsibilities within
the Keyrus Canada structure and the whole of Trilogia's professional team will
be integrated into Keyrus' various technology operations and markets. In
particular, Trilogia expertise will reinforce Keyrus' presence in the
pharmaceutical market, a sector that the Group has been developing on an
international level for more than ten years.
    Regarding this strategic decision, Anthony Gentilcore, President and
