Mr. Bruce Anderson and Mr. Luc Lavoie join the firm's Ottawa and Montreal offices respectively.

Bruce Anderson is one of Canada's most successful market researchers and strategic communications consultants. He will work with NATIONAL's consulting teams and clients across Canada, the US and the UK, providing communications counsel and strategies.
Over a 25-year career, Bruce has served many of the country's largest enterprises, as well as providing research-based counsel to governments and political leaders. He brings to clients a deep understanding of the way markets work, how opinion is influenced, and how to build high impact communications solutions.
From 2004 to 2008, Bruce served as CEO of Decima Research. Earlier in his career, he was a founding partner of the Earnscliffe Strategy Group and an executive vice president of a communications consultancy.
Luc Lavoie is well-known as one of Canada's most experienced and successful issues management and crisis communications experts. Until recently, he served as executive vice-president of Quebecor. He is now returning to NATIONAL where he worked from 1993 to 2000, first as managing partner of the Ottawa office and then in a senior position in the Montreal office. Prior to his previous employment at NATIONAL, Luc was Commissioner General of Canada at the World Exposition in Seville in Spain.
Luc has worked at the highest levels in government. He was chief of staff to the Minister of Energy, Mines and Resources, chief of staff of the Secretary of State and deputy chief of staff for the Prime Minister of Canada where he was responsible for the Prime Minister's travels around the world and was involved in most major political issues of the time.
