These investment funds expect to grant to the underwriter a 30-day option (from the date of the underwriting agreement) to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 common shares. Lionsgate will not sell any shares in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC will act as sole underwriter for the offering.
