2007 Montreal Millennium Summit - Tim Robbins unable to attend

MONTREAL, Nov. 8 /CNW Telbec/ - The Montreal Millennium Summit organizers
regret to announce that Tim Robbins has had to cancel his appearance at the
2007 Summit. Mr. Robbins, who was scheduled to speak tomorrow at the Palais
des congrès, said he was sorry that he could not follow through on his
commitment. "I'll have to take a raincheck!" he remarked.
Daniel Germain, president and founder of the Summit, was, needless to
say, sorry to hear the news. He would, however, like to highlight the calibre
of the speakers who will be present at the Summit, among them Desmond Tutu,
Mia Farrow, Ishmael Beah, Cherie Booth Blair, Michael Douglas, Trudie Styler
and Paul Martin.
