MONTREAL, Jan. 25 /CNW Telbec/ - Société de Développement Angus (SDA) is
announcing that it will hold a public meeting to present to the population the
2-22 Sainte-Catherine Est building project located at the corner of
Sainte-Catherine street and Saint-Laurent boulevard.
Built at a cost of $16 million, this cultural building project will be
the gateway to the Quartier des spectacles. After consulting with all of the
partners involved in the revitalization of Saint-Laurent boulevard and
Sainte-Catherine street, SDA is now ready to open a dialogue with the public.
"For a project to be socially acceptable, we must ensure that the
affected population is informed upstream; we contribute to making the project
advantageous and accepted by the community," said SDA's president and CEO
Christian Yaccarini. "In following our own traditions, we will thus proceed
with presenting the 2-22 project to the citizens of Montréal."
The public meeting's date is yet to be confirmed. Those who wish to be
informed of its date and location are invited to register by sending an email
